Andy Gibbins
Andy Gibbins, Director and Principal Consultant for AGP Consulting. Andy works individually with clients or, for larger projects, with a number of high quality associates, in order to provide the necessary specialist skills.
Andy has consulting experience in manufacturing and related industries, notably within the chemicals and food manufacturing sectors. He has successfully managed a number of consultancy projects for various European clients, including due diligence studies, major business change projects and cost and productivity improvement projects.
Andy is a former Site Manager for NOVA Chemicals and NOVA Innovene and has managed manufacturing sites both in the UK and France. In these roles he has successfully managed a wide range of projects including organisational redesigns, waste reduction, contract negotiations, cost and productivity optimisation studies and site closure projects. He has also managed a number of HR-related projects, including development of union agreements and development and implementation of performance incentive schemes.
Andy is qualified Prince2 practitioner. He is a member of the Professional Contractors Group and is also an associate member of the Institute of Business Consulting. He is a fluent French speaker.
Andy is a Chemical Engineer by background and is a chartered member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.
